All purchases made from Kelsey's Kreations are subjected to the following terms:

Our turn around time is 14-21 business days, unless stated otherwise. We accept no returns or exchanges (unless there's a mistake on our end). If there is a mistake, you have 3 business days after delivery to contact us to start the return process. We do not cancel items, so please make sure you are 100% confident of your order before purchasing. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of arrival with proof of damage.

Please make sure when ordering that your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
